| So yeah i'm definately really freakin' busy!!!!!!!!!! Thus i haven't written anything in a decade... so yeah life is good, wait... strike that.... life is great!!!!!!! Stressful, yet great! hmm.... i'm workin quite a bit, on monday and tuesday i'm taking swing and salsa lessons with my future wife. lol... and when i'm not working i'm at church and when i'm not there i'm prolly out trying to have a social life. and if i'm not doing that then i am more than likely playing music!!!! yay for busy!! well anyways just thot i would drop a little update. i will put more sum time when i'm not so busy.. but i'm hardly ever home anymore so who knows when that will be..... | So yeah, it's been a few days since i've updated, but i've been quite busy, so get over it! Haha. just kidding. Well i started my job this past week at Olive Garden... it's been great! i'm loving it! The atmosphere, the people, everything, it's great! I mean yes i have those moments that i'll get rude ppl or something, but ya know it's no biggie cuz i see over a hundred a day and a few people isn't really that bad out of that many. Anyways i've been like really frickin busy with that i think i've been off maybe 2 or 3 days since starting last week, and i've worked like 3 doubles i think. So i've been kinda tired lately, which is good if you know me, since i hardly ever sleep. See you knows it's kind of sad when i get excited about going to sleep b4 1 for the first time in a couple months. LoL. Hmm... let's see, i haven't really done that much besides working and school. Oh last friday night i went and picked up a friend to go to our b-ball game and meet some others. We played conway and our girls won, by a large amount, and i wish i could say the same for the guys, but they lost. After the game Haley(my friend) and steph. and kelsey (i think that's her name) and emily(she's a mountie) haha. went to subway to eat. That was fun, let me tell ya. and it is sad to say it was the first time for me to eat at subway, and it was really good. Ok so yeah i need money, and usually at my job they pay you every week, but when you first start out they don't pay you until the end of your second week. What kind of crap is that. lol. it's ok i guess, it'll just make the check bigger, but still, now i have to wait until this friday. hmm what else to write about? i've had a couple really kool things happen to me at school, but i can't exactly say what they are right now, because it's supposed to be a secret for now, but i'll tell what it is around april maybe earlier. It's a good thing for me though and my getting into college. Let's see......I don't really know, life's just been really interesting lately, and i'm loving it!!! I'll still have some hard times with stuff, but that's life right?! "the sweet things in life aren't as sweet without the sour"- Vanilla Skies *paraphrased*It's been a few weeks since i've watched it. Oh i've got some, somewhat, good news, ok so i've been writing some new music and stuff through christmas break and all and i have always had trouble with getting lyrics and stuff. Well a good friend of mine is like an awesome poet, so i was like hey why don't we team up and i can do the music for your poems? So she was like that would be awesome. Well last night i finally got a chance to look at some of the poems again and there has been one that has really stuck out to me, well more than one, but one particular one and i was trying to fit it with 3 of the songs i had done over christmas break, and i none of them really felt quite right for the lyrics, so i just kind of sat there and read the words again and like i don't know, i just started playing something and it fit almost perfectly. So i've got the verses down, and i think i have a chorus (music wise, i know what i'm using for it lyric wise, well i think i do) and i want to put a bridge in it, but i may not. I'm not exactly sure if it's going to need one. So i was quite excited about that! There's just a few of the lyrics that i'll probably re-write, but other than that it fits prefect! But, that still leaves me with 3 songs with no lyrics! haha. oh well, i'm sure something will happen there in time. Well i probably need to go and make sure i have to homework due tomorrow! That would frickin' suck! haha. oh well. Anyways i'll try to write again soon. Oh and big shout out to Andy and Rhonda! I love ya'll and can't wait to see you in a couple weekends! | Well today was the first day back from our christmas break. It was an even day, so it wasn't really that great, cuz i have my main core classes then, PAP English, Chemistry, Probability and Statistics (oh the joy!!). So i'd have to say i def. prefer my odd days. Well nothing really interesting happened today. I think the best part of my day was when i got home and fell asleep doing homework, i mean i never get that much sleep anyways, but i mean i was going to bed between 330 and 430 every morning during the break and waking up around 7 a few days to take my dad to work. So i am re-energized to stay up and watch another movie tonight. lol. i swear i've gone through just about all our dvd's over the break. What else is there to do at 1 in the morning when you can't sleep...? Oh and i'd have to say dance was good today too, i always look forward to this part of the year, when we do modern. lol.. i think that was the only good part about dance, it's just really akward (sp?) in there now, especially since drew left me and i'm the only guy. Who knows what will happen this year, i wish i did, but then it wouldn't be as fun, all i know is that we have one more year of high school left and then i'm off to college, and i am so frappin excited to get outta here. i mean yeah i'll miss some things, but i'm ready for a change, i think it'll be good. And ya know i'm thinkin' out of state would be awesome, like colorado or something, but i definately don't have that kind of money. lol.. so i will stick to instate, probably Fayettville or UCA, i really want to go to UofA, but UCA wouldn't be bad either cuz i know a few ppl there, and my sister and her hubby live in conway, so that would be kool. Ya know who i really wish would move there butt back in-state?.. Andy Greenfield and Rhonda D.!!! I miss seeing ya'll, so ya'll need to hurry and get back up here!!!. | O.k. well last night was quite interesting i'd have to say.. I finally left my house last night around 9 i think and went over to alyssa's to figure out where all of us were headed (alyssa, myah, nikki, kelsey r., karis (this kid has the greatest smile and laugh ;) adam and myself ) well we stayed there for a while cuz alyssa just got off work around then so she had to get ready and so me and adam stayed down stairs chilled with the fam. and played some pool(it just wasn't our night man, was it) ......finally the ladies came down with a grand entrance of course.. lol..was quite funny... then we decided we were just going to party hop.... well i had like barely a quarter of a tank of gas left so nikki and myah and natalie and myself all rode with kelsey (the greatest driver in the world lol no seriously shes good) and then karis and alyssa rode with adam. Well we ended up driving over to little rock for some quite crappy party, it was like 12-15 ppl from catholic and some other school , and like 3/4 of them were already wasted and were like mad that 8 more ppl just came over, well none of us knew anybody there except for nikki and alyssa, so we didn't end up staying there long, especially since they were all drinking and crap. Well we left and ended up going over to Anna Fowler's party (sp????) and i think we got there like 25 til' 12 and there was quite a few ppl, cars were backed up quite a ways... well we were walking in, saw quite a few ppl drinking, a smoking group in the garage which was quite funny, cuz her dad was quite pissed having to pick up all the beer cans and stuff, well we all kinda split up and me and karis went ahead and went in side, we were just kinda chillin' together and i was walking to another room to talk to someone for a sec. and i turned around to make sure she was behind me saw she wasn't and was like"oh crap! i just lost karis" lol so i went around looking for her and she ended up going back down stairs but we found eachother again and she was like i turned around for a sec. and you were gone so then i was like well i should prolly find someone i know and went back down stairs to find alyssa.. so it was funny. prolly just had to be there though... well like 2 min. after that somebody comes upstairs and tells us that the cops are coming again, well everybody else there was like w/e dude last time they said that we all split and they didn't show, wel like maybe 4 min. later two more guys come running up telling us to turn the music off cuz the cops just pulled up and were down stairs. .. so everybody like kinda shut up real quick and they were gone like after just a couple min....well by that time i think there was 3 min. til the new years, well everyone started crowding in to see the t.v. and watch the ball drop and like i think alyssa and adam ended up being right in front of karis and i after trying to get through the maze of ppl, so at least part of the group was together actually i think nikki and myah were close by too. haha, who know's there were so many frappin ppl there last night... well the ball dropped, everyone hooped and hollered and then we got kicked out like right after it did, which was kool, i mean i wouldn't want a bunch of kids over at my house that long especially when i didn't know half of them. well this is where the interesting part comes in, karis and natalie and i ended up losing ppl as we were leaving and went ahead and started heading out the door, cuz it was quite hot in there with all those ppl, so we're heading out the door, and saying bye's and stuff, and guess who i see right b4 i get out the door, rachel and who's with her? andy! Well i'd have to say seeing them there standing together in front of an open closet door didn't look too great, so i was stupid and got mad and punched the wall on my way out, (i think i may have left a whole, cuz well if you've ever done it you'd think so too with whats on your hand after) anyways, i get out the door and karis is prolly like woah what just happened and i was just kinda walking off and she was trying to catch up with me and i turned around right quick and told her i'd be right back and went to ask kelli what was going on and stuff and she tells me that rachel and andy are talking now, so i say ok and walk off to the car quite pissed, cuz i mean ya know when you get over a 15 and half month relationship in 2 weeks, something just doesn't feel right there, i wish i could really understand, but i just don't.but thats a huge story in itself..... well neways i'm walking off to the car and i think i ended up punching a brick mailbox too, wasn't smart at all, cuz my hand is sore as crap right now, and i think i may have broken my knuckle for the fourth time, (which i mean is ok i guess, cuz i'm learning how to deal with it, that sounds really stupid but ya know i can be like that sometimes) well i didn't really feel like being talked to at that point and so i just sat on the curb trying to calm down while everyone else was coming,.... well we had been carrying around a bottle of cider that looked like this huge bottle of wine, lol, quite funny story with that actually, but we decide to try and open it up b4 we leave so they hand it to me and it has this freakin top like a root beer bottle or something, idk well it's not wanting to twist off so i get my keys and try to pop it off, well it starts coming off and stars spewing all over the place, and stuff, but the lid still won't come off well, me and adam were like lets both try to do this and so he held on to the bottle while i pulled at the cap with one of my keys and end up slicing my finger open, and didn't realize how bad at that point, well we never got it off then, so we went ahead and left to go back to alyssa's house, and got there and by that time, i just couldn't think about nething except for what just happened and so i just kinda left once we got to her house and went to lori's friend's house over by the old mill who was having a party to talk for a sec, cuz it was around one by then, and well i'm driving over there and my hands starting to feel really like wet and so i get there and look at it, i had ended up getting blood all over my jeans and some on the inside of my car, and it's like dripping off that finger, which was quite amusing actually but groassing out lori quite bad, so we went inside to wash it off and get some ice on my other hand, and i stayed there for a lil' bit to just try to calm down, and help her with what was going on with her, (and i feel kinda selfish with what was going on, but everything is great with her now, which i'm very glad that she is happy again.) And after a bit, i left there, and finally came home, just tried to forget about everything but as you can tell it's not working quite well, but ya know, i heard something really great today in church, something i really needed to hear..."10% of life is what happens to you, the other 90% is how you react to what happens"... so i think i'm gonna make a card that says that and stick it on my dashboard in my car, actually church was great today, i had prayed i would really be able to pay attention today and not focus on last night or nething else, and He really did help me, cuz i needed to hear everything that was said today, and it's helped quite a bit today, but i dont' really have time to go into all that, and i'm sure you are like holy crap, did you really have to type all this i mean why couldn't you just get to the juicy part, and believe it or not i actually left out some good highlights too... but i wrote way too much anyways, so sorry if you are like bored out of your mind after reading all that, but obviously i had a lot on my mind, lol, and just thought i'd share what happened last night. Well i better get outta here i have to go to school tomorrow,... oh the joy.... Hope everyone has had a terrific break, and a better new years eve than i. lol..Again.. REALLY SORRY ABOUT HOW LONG and BORING THIS IS!!!!!! and to get back at me, you all should leave really long comments..... | | |
